Een artikel ruilen of retourneren is gratis. Het artikel moet echter wel binnen 14 dagen worden ontvangen. Ruilen of retourneren van een artikel is alleen mogelijk mits aan ondergenoemde voorwaarden wordt voldaan:

Indien alle originele papieren (certificaten, garanties etc.) en de originele aankoopbon aanwezig zijn, het artikel authentiek en in nieuwstaat is, in de originele (merk)doos verpakt is en het artikel vrij is van draagsporen en /of beschadigingen.

Wanneer het artikel door de specialist van Nisgav echt en onbeschadigd is bevonden en aan de overige genoemde voorwaarden is voldaan, zal er contact met de klant worden opgenomen om deze te melden dat ruiling/retournering akkoord is. In dat geval zal het aankoopbedrag aan de klant worden teruggegeven/ het artikel geruild mogen worden.

When the article has been inspected by the Nisgav specialist and is found to be real and undamaged and the other conditions have been met, the customer will be contacted to report that this exchange/return is agreed. In that case the purchase price will be refunded or the article may be exchanged .
